Upgrade from Existing Production Release

eZuce offers an easy and low cost upgrade path for existing production installations based on commercial products that are derived from the SIPfoundry sipXecs project to openUC^TM or our supported open source edition sipXecs Commercial.  Installed base customers can upgrade to the latest version of sipXecs or openUC.  Dependent on what release is currently in production use, the upgrade path is fully automated, or will require several steps.

Switching to eZuce reduces your current cost, both for new licenses as well as for on-going support. We have the ability to support you directly out of our experienced engineering and support teams with reduced overhead cost and shorter escalation cycles.

As your current maintenance agreement expires and you would like to upgrade to the most current release, offering new features and capabilities, eZuce can help with proper migration planning.  Once upgraded, you will be covered by an eZuce maintenance and support agreement.  Our #1 objective is to offer industry leading support to our customers and in case you are experiencing a problem you will be talking directly to the support and engineering teams that built sipXecs. 

Training and Support to Partners

eZuce also provides assistance and training to partners with an installed base of existing customers in need of an upgrade path into the future.  Our partner program offers tangible assistance to partners both pre-sales and post sales under most favorable terms and on a global basis.  Please contact us for further information.
