Martin J Steinmann, Founder & CEO
| | Martin Steinmann founded SIPfoundry and created the open source sipXecs project in 2004 in support of a portfolio company while a partner at the venture capital firm Vesbridge Partners, LLC. Martin Steinmann brings extensive experience creating companies with a professional open source model. He is an expert in using professional open source as a disruptive market entry strategy and has worked with both the community, customers and channel partners. In 2008 Martin Steinmann was acquired into Nortel where he led the SMB/SME business as its General Manager and continued the commercialization of the SIPfoundry sipXecs technology under the Nortel brand Software Communication System (SCS). Under Martin's leadership and in June of 2009 the SCS product was introduced as Nortel's future unified communications solution and the migration path for the Nortel Meridian-1 / CS1000 product line to a pure software and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based offering. Martin Steinmann holds a combined B.Sc and M.Sc in EE from the Swiss Technical University and a Ph.D. from the Danish Technical University in Copenhagen, Denmark. |
Jerry Stabile, Founder, COO, SVP Sales and Marketing
| | An extensively experienced leader with a knack for operational efficiency, Jerry has a proven track record of defining and executing successful go-to-market strategies within the information technology industry. Most recently he held the VP of Sales position at Colubris Networks prior to its acquisition by HP ProCurve. He has held executive management positions at Pingtel, Netscout Systems and Crosscomm over the past fifteen years. Jerry has extensive commercial open source business model experience which eZuce will benefit greatly from. As a scholarship athlete, Jerry graduated from Boston College where he received a BS in Business Administration from the Carroll School of Management. |
David Grazio, VP of Product Marketing
| | David brings to eZuce over 20 years of channel experience working closely with VARs, SIs, consultants, along with managed service providers focused on delivering enterprise applications to market. David has extensive telephony and communications market experience in his prior roles as Director of Channel Marketing at GN Netcom and Bluesocket. There he developed go-to-market strategies and business plans with partners that resulted in significant revenue growth and market share gains, leading the way for several key acquisitions and corporate milestones. David possesses international channel marketing experience having worked with key distributors and VARs in each region and has familiarity with global marketing legislations resulting in impactful and effective marketing programs and campaigns. David holds a BS in Management from University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth and MBA in Marketing from University of Massachusetts- Lowell. David is a volunteer member of the marketing team at Merrimack Valley Venture Forum. |
John Drolet, VP of Channel Operations
| | Mr. Drolet has over 28 years' experience in the Communications Industry. He has led small and large organizations in their go to market effort, helping design and implement successful sales programs through direct, indirect and carrier channels, recruit and foster team members and help to drive early stage revenue. His background ranges from helping to run a $23 million dollar VAR in New England (USTeleCenters) to helping to form and grow several prominent IP telephony companies. This includes NBX acquired by 3com Corporation, Citel Technologies, Ascendent systems acquired by RIM and Aastra USA. At Aastra he built a team which introduced a full line of Open Standard IP telephony products to the market which helped to place Aastra among the industry leaders in the market segment. Mr. Drolet lives in Rhode Island and attended Northeastern University in Boston. |
Christina Inge, Senior Director of Marketing
| | Christina Inge is a marketer with over 14 years' experience with a strong focus on content and digital media. She's served in roles of increasing responsibility at a variety of technology organizations, including Reed Elsevier, where she was a research analyst covering the engineering sector, and Spinwave Systems, where she spearheaded all lead generation. A strong believer in the role of marketing within tech companies as a driver of education, she's shown strong leadership in social media, search, community-building, and web content. She's served for many years on the board of the American Marketing Association, Boston, as well as spearheading many educational efforts for the Boston tech community. Christina was awarded the Social Media Stars Award for her work in online community-building, as well as winning the first-ever FutureM Future of Marketing challenge.

John Lepore, Eastern Regional Sales Manager
| | John brings over 15 years of successful sales and sales management experience in both telecommunications and information technology. Most recently he held the position of Senior Business Development Director at Access Northeast. He has held executive management positions at Kayote Networks, WinStar, and Yipes Enterprise Services. John has extensive experience building and managing indirect sales channels within the VoIP space , which eZuce will benefit greatly from. John attended Central CT State University where he studied Marketing and Business.

Douglas Hubler, Lead Architect
| | Douglas is one of the original architects of the sipXecs project when it debuted into the public domain in 2004 under the SIPfoundry organization. Douglas is also a recent board member of SIPfoundry. |
Michael Picher, Director of Technical Services
| | As an industry veteran with over 20 years in Information Technology consulting, Michael brings a network engineer's perspective to the Telephony business. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maine, Michael worked hard to build up a computer manufacturing business which he left in the mid ‘90s. Following the manufacturing endeavor Michael worked with two close friends to build what became one of Maine's largest home-grown technology consulting and software development firms. After successfully selling the consulting business to a large out of state firm, Michael turned his attention to the growing IP Telephony space. Michael has helped successfully deploy some of the region's largest IP based communications systems and the infrastructure required to support those systems. In 2009 Michael published the book for sipXecs entitled "Building Enterprise Ready Telephony Systems with sipXecs 4.0" which is available through Packt Publishing. Since releasing the book he has continued working with the sipXecs community and consulting on sipXecs deployments around the world. |
Josh Patten, Solutions Architect
| | A respected SIPFoundry community member and contributor, Josh Patten provides crucial experience and fresh concepts to eZuce with a strong networking and IP telephony background. Prior to joining the eZuce team Josh was the network engineer for Brazos County, Texas where he completed several successful large scale projects. Josh has been a member of the SIPFoundry community since 2008 and has been instrumental in assisting SIPFoundry and eZuce engineers with release testing, documentation, and new feature implementations. |
Cheryl LaGreca, Operations Manager
| | Cheryl brings to eZuce a strong understanding and working knowledge of CRM systems including Salesforce to enable automation of business processes and provide a reliable and secure infrastructure for implementing partner programs. With over 20 years of Operations/Accounting experience Cheryl brings to the team an ability to stream line processes and deliver a more efficient customer experience. Cheryl also Manages all administrative functions for eZuce including Accounting, Human Resources & Sales Operations. Most recently Cheryl has been self-employed, consulting for several small business in an accounting role. Previous to her self employment Cheryl held an Operations Manager position at Pingtel Corp.

Mircea Carasel, Principal Engineer
| | Mircea has extensive working knowledge of sipXecs dating back to 2007. He has been a member of the technical team and leading contributor to the sipXecs open source project. Mircea works closely with the SIPfoundry development community to enhance the solution's feature set and functionality based on his extensive development experiences. Prior to joining the eZuce team Mircea was a Java EE (J2EE) Application Developer at IBM and Technical Team Leader at Luxoft (ITC Networks-Romania) in addition to his software developer responsibilities at Nortel Networks. Mircea studied at the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti focusing on Economic Informatics. |
Laurentiu Ceausescu, Software Engineer
| | Laurentiu has been a member of the sipXecs project team since 2007 contributing to the ongoing open source development efforts. He has been involved with Java enterprise development for more than 8 years including first-hand working knowledge of the design and development of large JEE applications. Prior to his work at eZuce he was a Software Developer at ITC Networks and IBM and has prior IT Systems development experience in the technology industry. Laurentiu studied at Universitatea din Craiova focusing on Informatics. |
