Voice Operator Panel - The Flexible Operator Console
Voice Operator Panel (VOP) from JoHeR is a softphone that can provide user softphone needs in ‘Lite' or ‘Micro' license modes. In standard license mode system receptionists have a piece of software that provides the user with powerful switchboard and attendant console functionality.
The software can be used as a standalone softphone or as a companion to any analog or IP phone slave to handle calls. This way the receptionist can use a regular phone in combination with the Voice Operator Panel to handle calls effectively and conveniently.
